About Susan Marshall
Susan Marshall, MBA/JD, has been an attorney and small business owner for over 20 years. Since 1995 she has taught negotiation as an Adjunct Professor at Lewis & Clark Law School. A certified mediator, she is a former Procurement Officer and Dispute Resolution Coordinator for the State of Oregon and past chair of the Oregon State Bar Alternative Dispute Resolution Section.
Her television appearances include appearances on the A&E Network, KATU and KGW. Susan has been quoted in the Oregonian and the Willamette Week, and has been published in the Oregon State Bar Bulletin, the ADR Newsletter and the Woman’s Journal.
She is the recipient of many awards and certificates of appreciation including the Spirit of Portland Award and the Portland Police Chiefs Forum Problem Solving Award. Among her speaking engagements are the Oregon Governors Marketplace, the Portland City Club and the Association for Conflict Resolution.
